The Frederick

Nestled in the thoughtfully designed residential development of Toronto’s Upper East Village, The Frederick is adjacent to community green space, which inspired its amenities programing and contemporary conveniences. We studied the industrial past of Leaside when considering finishes and furniture. The amenities were conceived to encourage social connection among its residents, and to offer generous access to wellness-focused amenities and rich outdoor experiences.
