Exchange District EX3

The Exchange District of Mississauga consists of four towers up to 72 storeys, home to modern condominium residences, a boutique hotel, office and commercial spaces, coveted retail, shopping, dining, lush parks and thoughtful public areas. We created all spaces to unify the community within: Driven by experience, socially aware and purposeful.

EX3 is the existential representation of ‘bringing the outdoors in’ and vice-versa. We took advantage of the generous sightlines provided by the architecture. Expansive outdoor amenities provide opportunities to congregate or enjoy moments of solitude and reflection without having to leave the community. A beacon to inspire new interactive community living.
